There are a number of Freedom Camping locations in and around Opotiki. Freedom Camping is for fully self-contained motorhomes with your own water. When looking for somewhere to park your motorhome for the night these facilities have been designated for you. With limited parking available at some sites it's based on a 'first in first served' basis. Spaces are normally limited in freedom camping areas, ensure you arrive early to grab a spot and set up your camp.
