Covid 19 Testing Locations
Local Covid 19 Testing station dates and times in Opotiki and the Eastern Bay of Plenty are subject to change along with risk and alert levels. Check the BOP Health Covid-19 Response website for the latest times and dates.
Note: Opotiki clinics have advised they have capacity to treat casual patients. If you need to see a doctor in Opotiki, contact one of the local practices and discuss your needs (you should not be charged for a Covid-19 test).

Covid 19 - Government assistance
The Government is offering financial support to businesses, to help alleviate the impact of Covid-19.
Wage Subsidies are available for those businesses that are faced with staff redundancies, or those suffering a loss of income due to reduced business. To find out more click here.
Leave payment is available for those who need to self-isolate, or are sick with Covid-19 and cannot work, or are caring for dependants who are required to self-isolate, or are caring for dependants who are sick with Covid-19. To find out more click here.
